Service Fee

$140 per 55 minute session

Payment

I accept all major credit/debits cards for payment including cards associated with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Payment is due the day of service.

Out-of- Network Billing/PPO

I do not accept any insurance, but I do accept PPO plans/out-of-network benefits. If you have a PPO, you have out of network benefits. Please contact me if you would like to learn more about how you can access your out-of-network benefits to seek partial reimbursement for your care. I recommend you contact the number on the back of your insurance card to verify if your health plan offers out-of-network coverage and the details of these benefits ahead of time.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure I can properly accommodate clients requesting my services, please provide a 24-hour advance notice for cancelling appointments. If you do not provide proper notice, you will be required to pay a $75 cancellation fee.
